We really liked the location. It was close to everything we could have wanted, even with a 5 year old. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself was great. A bit challenging with young kids since there isn't much you can do in the room once they're asleep (no balcony or other private areas other than the bathroom). The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the saltwater pool was great (with jacuzzi and sauna!). Also, the coffee in the room was quite nice! The price was also pretty reasonable given the location.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were exceptionally friendly and our room was stunning. The spa tub in our room had fantastic bubbles. The in room fridge was big enough to hold the supplied pitcher for water and some of our own beverages we brought in. The glassware was clearly fresh and clean, there was shampoo/conditioner and body wash supplied in the shower. Location was definitely within walking distance to the bulk of Old Quebec but you will get your steps in.

The room was spotless and there were a minibar, a coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle, an iron and a TV. The bed was comfortable but not very big. The view from the room, the amazing shower and the location of the hotel are highlights. Bonus: the hotel provides free water.

Great location, classy interior and exterior, clean room and bathroom, great view from the window. Very comfortable beds and all furniture in the good shape and state. Very convenient on-site underground parking (although a bit pricey at $25.00 per day). We were very pleased that it was no any language barriers whatsoever all around the city. Everyone we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Just loved it!!!

Many selections of food to choose from. Great location! It took me about 15 to 20 minutes walking to many tourist attractions in Old Quebec City from the hotel.
